Bernard I. Agin, managing partner of
Agin and Agin, brings his skills as a Certified
Valuation Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Economist,
and Attorney at Law to the areas of Business
Valuations and the calculation of Economic Losses. He
earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
and Masters Degree with a concentration in Economic
Theory and Statistics from The Ohio State University. He
also received his certification as a Certified Public
Accountant, was certified as a Certified Valuation
Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation
Analysts, and earned his law degree from Cleveland
State University. He was noted in Best Lawyers
in America – Directory of Experts, has authored
articles in the area of business valuations, and has
regularly lectured on the topics of Business Valuations,
Calculation of Economic Value, and Taxation. He
has testified in litigations proceedings and been qualified
as an expert witness in the areas of Business Valuations
and the Calculation of Economic Damages in courts throughout
Ohio. He has been appointed by the Court to assist
with complex financial issues in litigation cases.
